Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, items that have been significantly used may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package the product and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been significantly used or emptied.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original seller for returns).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated by WAVVE Customer Support.
